Studies have shown that kids within this age group can safely begin lifting weights if done properly.  Not only will it provide important health benefits and prevent injury, your child will learn the enjoyment of being physically fit! The Alpha Centers are available for teens ages 13 to 14 without parent supervision.  Ages 10 to 12 may use the room if accompanied by a parent, during the hours below.
